I reseved 2 night 1 room for 4 people on my name, was 2 double bed, however they didn't allow 4 adult in the room they try to give another room double prices. They excused was that that room is only allow 2 adult an a child so if if they stayed they need to reserve another room disappointments I keep the reservetion but I reserved for my parent an a different hotel across at el conquistador with better prices rate. I staeyed in dolmen got a room with AC the was leaving water, woke up at 5 by the noisy. Got chance to a different room was too noisy. I shouldn't stayed 😕 😪 from the moment I felt not welcoming with my parent...

The staff were excellent and happy to help. The breakfast buffet had many delicious options. This is an ideal spot; centrally located so you can walk to many great places in town, then be greeted warmly when you come back.

Nice spot to sleep and base in a central, walkable location. If you are looking for aesthetic flaws in your room, you could probably find them. But if you're looking for a hotel with an incredible breakfast, great smelling soap, and a helpful, friendly staff, you will find that here also!

Desayuno con un huevo aguado y faltaba cocinar, el personal nada servicial o atento. El Hotel tiene poco mantenimiento, quisimos ir a la piscina y estaba en tan mal estado que nos dio cosa meternos, el jacuzzi no fuiciona, pero de todas formas el deck esta completamente levantado, sucio y feo. Problamente fue un hotel muy lindo en algun momento, pero si no le dan mantenimiento adecuado es dificil. Las fotos no coinciden con la realidad.

La localización,la atención del personal ,el desayuno completo y la comodidad de las instalaciones fueron el punto FUERTE. Negativo: sólo deben prestar más atención en que los baños tienen sus canillas,e instalacione hidráulicas un poco viejas y sin mantenimiento. Otro punto para cuidar es que las puertas de la habitación ,externa e interna están un poco endebles y no cierran bien,y creo que deberían arreglarlas o cambiarlas.
