"The people is very kind, the place is an old big house with a nice pool, on the other hand, we were placed in a very small room, it was not a double room (as we had booked) , it hardly have a single bed for two people, no fan, no tv, no closet. we were placed between the garage and the kitchen, a lot of people making noise, so we could not stay there, we asked for a money refound and the gave us the money without the extra 5% that they charge for the credit card (they dont have to charge this...
