"I stayed in a hostel in Salento in my younger years. Now that I am traveling with my family, I knew I wanted something more private and tranquil. Choosing Sazagua was one of the best choices I made during my trip to Colombia this time around. The hotel was beautiful, and looked exactly like the photos. It's very well maintained and the colors are so serene. The staff are very friendly, professional, and attentive. The room was beautiful, and the bed was large enough for two adults and a small child. This is a small hotel, but has everything you need. The food is delicious and presented beautifully, perfect for instagram foodies. Furthermore, they offered a variety of foods typical of that region, which I loved. There really was no reason to eat out. If you don't have your own transportation, the hotel will arrange it for you. Just let them know around what time you are planning to leave. My only regret is that I could not stay longer. They have a beautiful waterfall on their vast property. Dress appropriately if you'd like to visit. They have rubber boots tha"

Never needed to go to far there’s everything in the area and super safe . Love how clean the hotel is and the option to get everything room services including some laundry . The facilities were wonderful, especially the chapel, bar with a pool table, and arcade games, offering entertainment for all ages. The service was exemplary—every staff member we encountered was not only friendly and welcoming but went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The team was especially accommodating with the dietary needs of the vegetarians in our group, providing thoughtful options. When my mum had an accident during our stay, the staff responded immediately and with great care, providing assistance and a wheelchair without hesitation. It was incredibly reassuring to know that such attentive and kind service was available when we needed it most. While the rooms are simple, they are spacious and impeccably clean, offering a comfortable environment for a restful stay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a peaceful and welcoming place to stay."
