"In theory this could have been a bad review. The restaurant and spa were closed for renovation, the lack of soundproofing in the interconnecting rooms meant our noisy neighbours kept us awake at 5am, and we were promised a room with a bath but didn’t get one. However the way the brilliant staff responded to every problem or request, the beautiful rooms and the really helpful concierge made a big difference and left us with such a positive view of the hotel still.
