We got a room upgrade and arrived at night to find that our balcony was facing the magnificent Parliament building!!! Magical!! Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The staff at the hotel were excellent and couldn’t do enough for you. I would highly recommend this hotel and this beautiful city!! "

"The perfect place to stay in Budapest! It's located right next to the shopping street, just a few minutes from the airport shuttle bus station, and close to all the major attractions (easily accessible by foot, bus, tram, or metro). The staff is friendly and attentive, and the room was clean and in excellent condition. I would definitely recommend it to friends."

"We really liked the room, would have been nice to have a couple of chairs to sit in. The bed was comfy but the pillows were very skimpy. Breakfast was amazing and staff were pleasant . Of the 4 times we interacted with the front desk staff one was good, a young gentleman, the other 3 times not great, my husband says maybe it’s a language barrier but a smile goes a long way."
