On the phone he told me when I got there to dial on the phone and someone would come up to the desk. Told them what time I would be there and he was at the desk waiting for me and chuckled I was 6 minutes early. Such geat service!"

"Sheets had some stains but were clean otherwise. Odd crack in the floor by the door but the room was intact. TV wouldn't change off of Bravo but that could just be that the cable box was mounted in an odd location where the remote couldn't reach it."
