"The location is perfect. It’s down the street from the Elks and easy walk to the Tacoma light rail that goes to the Tacoma Dome. Great vintage shops surround this space. There’s a fun bar next to it or you can hop on the light rail and experience some fun spots around that area. The host is super responsive. The space is an event space with a great store front window. We loved the people watching part! Yes there aren’t any windows in the unit BUT you have a store front window! Highly recommend...

Although there was a neighboring home and second apartment above ours, our space felt very private and secluded. The apartment overlooks the river and train trestle. We thoroughly enjoyed watching the train come through every 6-8hrs and listening to the river rapids. "The condo was new, super clean, and close to the main parts of Tacoma. We would stay again. We had some challenges because we did not find the property address or wifi information easily. Better if the information came in an email or was easy to find in the app. Surprises were that there is no assigned and parking on the street is crowded. Also the condo is on the 3rd floor with no elevator. Still, a great place."

"This condo was the perfect place to stay for 3 months. The location is convenient to both nature and city activities. Our host was quick to respond when we had small problems pop up. The only thing I wish they had was ac in the bedrooms, but I know that is an atypical amenity of Renton/Seattle. Would definitely rent again! "
