"Our Christmas getaway was perfect. The team were exceptionally helpful and friendly. No ask was too much trouble. Breakfast was epic and relaxed. Dinner was superb, fantastic simply cooked pub favourites and a couple of alternative choices for those wanting something a bit different! "This was an overnight stay. It was easy to find and there was a convenient car park. Our host answered the door immediately and showed us up the room. It is a very old building with beams and sloping floors and has lots of character. The room was comfortable and warm. We had our evening meal in a pub called The Canon Inn in the village which was excellent. Breakfast in the morning was delicious. Thanks for a lovely stay"
