"We were suppose to stay in the main building on Bath st. but the elevator was not working. I truly appreciate the availability of receptionist via online & transfered us to the corner building with elevator access. The apartment is clean & has kitchen amenities. Only thing is a small fridge- it was ok for us since we only stay for 2 nights 3 days. But for longer stay, the small fridge maybe an issue. "We love staying here, and have never had any issues. The rooms are always clean and bedding comfortable. The shower is excellent. I usually bring a tea towel with me as it is not always provided. There is on site parking but not the easiest to access as it is down a narrow lane, but with care it is fine. the staff are pleasant and helpful, and the building is well maintained."

"The property is close to transport and was a short walk into the city centre. Close to supermarket for self catering, It had parking which was a bonus. The area around was quite grubby with rubbish. The entry into the building had a really damp smell but once inside the apartment it was ok. The bed was very uncomfortable but the rest of the facilities were good."
