"Great location. Great communication from the organization. They were very accommodating and kind to me. I extended my stay and they kindly checked in on me. The accommodation itself is great. It’s not a noisy area. The only thing I wish could have changed were all the stairs I had to go up with all my luggage, but I would definitely stay again. Thank you so much for the lovely stay! "

"We were suppose to stay in the main building on Bath st. but the elevator was not working. I truly appreciate the availability of receptionist via online & transfered us to the corner building with elevator access. The apartment is clean & has kitchen amenities. Only thing is a small fridge- it was ok for us since we only stay for 2 nights 3 days. But for longer stay, the small fridge maybe an issue. "Person who rented out the apartment ignored my calls, texts & emails which meant we had no access to apartment even though it was paid for. My wife & me were left stranded in the freezing cold in Glasgow & had to book a hotel. Absolutely disgusting way to treat people, would avoid at all costs."

"Communication was the biggest issue with this place. It took a minute to find they could put a sign or something on the door that might help. Since I came from the States my cell didn't receive the attachment with the instructions to the place. Lucky I was able to reach them by phone and got the info to get into the place. "Gillian was great to work with. Very responsive and helpful. The flat was clean , no frills. It was located close to public transport but a distance from any interesting sights/stores/restaurants."

"I stayed in the Voco Grand Central for 4 nights, with breakfast included in my stay and it was a lovely experience. No hassle, complimentary water and nice room service whenever I needed. The location is very nice as well, surrounded by nice restaurants and right in the heart of the city center. When I return to Glasgow, I will not bother looking at other hotels and will simply come here again. Highly recommend it!"
