"I have stayed many times over the past two years. Friendly staff, gym and wellness center is a bonus but unfortunately quite a few things were out of service/broken during my stay this time. I paid more than previous stays and there is more of a decline this time. Breakfast could use a little rotation of choices and freshness was hit and miss on one morning. Still no gluten free bread options and it’s plenty available in Bucharest grocery stores. Grateful for extra pillows but they really need...

"This is a very comfortable hotel with very nice rooms and a very impressive spa. The only down side is the location. It’s quite far outside the centre of Bucharest in an area that needs a lot of work. The breakfast buffet was also a bit lacking choice"

"Excellent hotel, well priced but never saw any staff and as I arrived late at night there was no water in my room or available, also a long walk to find somewhere to get a coffee/breakfast, there is a cake shop in the lobby but they don't sell coffee and the coffee shop in the lobby was closed throughout my stay, otherwise am very pleased with this hotel. Thanks!!"

"we were pretty late the first name and the guy at the front desk was pretty useless, he barely said two words to us, no information about the area, hotel or even the password. the next 2 days were a lot better, the rest of the staff was great, breakfast was amazing and the maid was SO KIND. She was sweet enough to do my laundry after my daughter threw up on our clothes (free of charge)."
