"A lovely well equipped property in the centre of Kinross. Ideally located for exploring the Loch Leven heritage trail and the Loch Leven RSPB visitor centre and a great base for exploring the surrounding historic towns and villages. The host was very welcoming and friendly and the welcome hamper was a thoughtful addition. We thoroughly enjoyed our weeks stay here."

"A fantastic location. Very central for visiting just about all of Scotland. The cottage was wonderful. Clean, warm, comfortable and the renovation of an old traditional building was to the highest standard. Our host, Bob, was exceptionally helpful on our arrival and easily contacted if required. Other than the odd wave if we saw him, he left us to enjoy our holiday. Although Abernethy itself has little to offer, there is plenty of shops, pubs and restaurants all within easy reach. "We came for our 2nd anniversary. Literally the cutest cottage! When I couldn't get my email with check in instructions Katie went to great lengths to ensure I understood how to get there. She treated us like family. She even left us some food items to get us started with our stay. We would 100% stay here again. Absolutely charming."

"The Servants quarters was a perfect spot for us to stay while visiting for the Highland Games. We cooked our own meals in the well equipped kitchen and avoided the lines downtown. Clean and beautifully decorated and an easy walk to the recreation grounds, downtown, and the Festival Theater."
