"This was such a great weekend getaway! Such a cozy place! Honestly, I didn’t want to leave the room, and I was able to get some much needed rest and relaxation. The memory foam bed is seriously one of the most comfortable beds ever! I haven’t slept that good in years. Also, the tv in the bedroom is huge which is a nice touch. The brewery in the building is super cute, and very convenient for beer enthusiasts. I would highly recommend this property! "

"The first night—excellent. Second night at 2:00 am someone in the loft beside me starting yelling, screaming, fighting between male and female. This went on until 3:45 am and I finally went back to sleep. I heard every curse word yelled by each of them. Suggestion—the door to each loft needs a deadbolt lock for added security. The neighborhood where the west end flats are located is sketchy and if I was a female—it may not feel totally safe at night Other than that—neat and would suggest....

"Convenient location. Adequate place to stay but could use some TLC. Street lights from the church across the street shined very brightly in the bedroom window so some room darkening curtains would be helpful. The only bathroom is in the bedroom so this was awkward with my friend staying with me. The host was quick to respond and helpful with questions."

"We stayed two nights and throughly enjoyed our stay. The listing is very accurate. Everything was exactly as stated. It is extremely quiet. We needed new batteries for the remote to one of the tvs that wasn’t working and they were delivered within minutes of checking in. The location is fantastic. The bed was very comfortable and I loved that there is not a window in the bedroom (we like it pitch dark to sleep). This is a lovely place and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!"

"This is an unusual property. It is a reused building which is good but it is designed and updated very nicely. My unit would only fit 2 people at the most. It had a luxury dorm feel to it. It is secure and there are no stairs to climb. The location is great to quickly get almost anywhere in the Roanoke area. My host was very attentive and quickly answered any questions I had"

"Loved the setting! Nice set up for outdoor spa/pool/grilling. I now realize what a studio is lol. Was surprised when I walked in and realized it was just one open room aside from the bathroom but it was cozy. Really the only downside was the smell. Resembled the smell of an old nursing home. Other than that, it was a really great experience."

"Location is a quick walk to downtown. The accommodations were welcoming, cozy, quiet and clean. We enjoyed admiring the antiques and art too. We did not cook in the kitchen but it looked well stocked for cooking too. "
