"We have a lovely one night stay at Skalakot. It’s very charming, simple hotel in beautiful surroundings. The bed was comfy and the shower was good. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The spa was small but nice, gets quite cramped if there are more than 4 people in there. I think it would benefit from an outdoor hot tub. Dinner was nice, breakfast was ok. "

"The staff at Hotel Ranga are extremely accommodating, helpful and friendly. I visited on a family trip and the hotel staff were responsive and helped to book all our excursions through the hotel in Iceland. We also had last minute changes to our excursions and the staff helped my family make changes to our itinerary very last minute."

"Beautiful cozy cottages, modern amenities, close driving distance to waterfalls. Isolated, low light pollution great for stargazing and northern lights. The loft cottages have upper loft floor with sky window, very cool. For a couple with or without small child is enough space. Communication with access instructions was easy. People have complained about inflexible cancellation policy, but these are family-run cottages, not a big hotel, so they depend on the income and last minute cancellations have impact on the local people"
