"The apartment was very close to all bath attractions. The main upstairs room was beautifully furnished and comfortable. The three basement rooms smelled quite musty and the noise from the road outside did bother them. Having 3 bathrooms was a big bonus. We were grateful for the milk left in the fridge We loved the fact a Xmas tree had been put up "

"It was amazing! We came to the barn late at night and there was cake and bread on the table and eggs in the fridge! It was such a great space and the walks through Bathampton were lovely. Thank you so much for having us! We definitely want to come back again!"

"The house is in a prime spot in the city centre, but just enough away from the bustle to be quiet. It's well equipped and furnished. The kitchen is in the basement (cool in the summer). The two bathrooms are nicely done and well-functioning. We appreciated the toiletries and milk provided on arrival! There was plenty of space for the 6 of us. Not sure where more than 8 or 9 people would sit in the living room though. We couldn't close one of the old sash windows on the second floor but it...

"The property is beautiful and perfect for groups with lots of space and excellent facilities. We made good use of the hot tub and were lucky with clear skies so could stargaze from the tub. Lovely local walks and excellent nearby pubs."

"Perfect location, beautiful house. Just one niggle in that the DVD player wasn’t working and someone had prepared a special DVD to be played for a milestone birthday on the basis one was in the house. "

"Our stay at the farmhouse was amazing! We really had such a lovely time, and the house was very homely! We loved the hot tub! Thank you so much"

The only constructive advice I could give you would be to say that it was a little bit chilly in the evenings as we sat downstairs prior to departing for dinner and it was the next morning when we got up and we adjusted the heat at those moments nothing seemed to happen to change the temperature.. the only other thing I had is that a dust pan would be useful for sweeping the floor in the kitchen"

"Had a lovely weekend stay for my best friends hen. The kitchen/dining room area was the hub, we always seemed to gravitate there because it was so spacious and plenty of seating and natural light. Hot tub was fantastic, exactly what we needed after a long day in Bath, of which is only a 15/20minute drive from the property. "We stayed at Granary Cottage with our family for my 60th birthday celebrations and it was a great choice! Lovely accommodation that lends itself to four grown-up couples, with a very sociable open-plan living and dining space. The pièce de résistance though is the spa/pool, which is a beautiful facility that made us all feel really quite special. We have happily recommended Granary Cottage to other family friends. "

"Loads of room for everyone to have their own space. The kids loved the games room and hot tub. The nook in the garden is gorgeous and great for games night - watch out for the slippery decking though (when wet). It’s got everything you need and is great for pets. Would stay again."

"Set in isolated rural village with lovely views and walks. Our vist was marred by horrendous wet weather,but we made the best of it. Mark and Madeline were lovely people who made us welcome and dealt with any issues and gave advice about the area."

"Really lovely property, only slight complaint lots of mould on the window in the double bedroom on the first floor, and the internet was dreadful, otherwise we had an amazing stay , brilliant house for us all and great location."
