"Very comfortable beds, wonderful shower and tub, thick luxurious towels and great cosmetics provided. A fresh bottle of filtered water was provided each time the room was refreshed. Staff were lovely. There was a hiccup when I checked in because the room key did not work for the electricity, so I was moved to another room. After that all was smooth sailing. The pool and sauna were good for relaxing. I liked the heated stone lounge benches. Dairy-free milk was available on request. Restaurant had delicious gluten free bass. Highly recommend!"

"The hotel is located outside the city of Bath. It's about a 30 minute walk to the city centre, so we took a local bus. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel which is very convenient. Gems assisted us at check-in and printed out the bus schedule for us!! She was very pleasant as well as all the other staff. We were having dinner at the hotel, and she walked us to the dining room. Breakfast was delicious and made to order!! The grounds of the hotel are beautiful. There is a large car park available for those driving at no additional charge! Great stay!!"

"Amazing place, friendly staff. Beautiful setting and somewhere to sit outside. Local pubs and40 minutes walk to Wells which is stunning! Evening menu slightly limited but able to create a nice meal. Highly recommend staying here and great value for money "
