"Huge 2 bedroom apartment in a great location, could do with a bit of TLC but it was clean, beds were comfy and we enjoyed our stay. Had everything we needed, but could have done with more towels. WiFi was slow but it did work."

They had teenagers staying in that building partying all night until 5am drinking and making lots of noise. We didn’t feel safe at all. "The room was simply tiny. The mattress was sat on pallets rather than an actual bed. The shower door was broken and hung loose in the shower. Duck tape was trying to hold it up. I had children with me so this was dangerous. There was no kitchen (which the advert said there was) and we had to was dishes in the bathroom sink. "The property was roomy and had great space. It met the need of our group. The location was close to various things like food, drinks, shopping and transportation. I would book with SmartFlats again. There are a few cosmetic things the property needs to fix or look into for future tenants. The rooms' curtain rods look like they were broken and so the curtains had to be hooked onto the window. They kept falling off. The soap dispensers in the shower also looked like they had broken off. A towel...
