"The hotel was beautiful and in an incredible setting. The food was lovely, both for breakfast and dinner. The rooms were to a high standard as were the facilities. All I can say that I had an issue with was that there’s no air conditioning as well as no fans offered. Which meant that we did not sleep well because of the excessive heat, even with the balcony door open. I asked in regards to using a fan, but they said they didn’t have any. "My husband and two young children came here last week and we absolutely loved it. We stayed in the Family Room. The staff were very accommodating especially to my children. The dinners were amazing. The Wellness Center was great after a long day skiing. The house was so cute. One night they put on an appetizer and gluhwein gathering by the bonfire. "We flew to Innsbruck then took hire car (prepaid from Sixst) down to Bruneck - a short journey, though very dependent on traffic. The flat itself is very clean modern and comfortable and well equipped. And Andreas and his wife are very polite and obliging. We confirm that her strudel is delicious! There are a variety of good walks as well as skiing for all abilities in the area. We would definitely recommend it!"
