"The hotel is set in a small village on the top of a hill overlooking Lake Como. The view is gorgeous, the restaurant was awesome and the staff are so lovely. I didn’t find the room particularly comfortable but we stayed in the least expensive room so perhaps the more expensive ones are a bit cozier. "We were greeted be a friendly, happy gentleman even though we had been delayed until 10.30pm. He managed the checkin smoothly. The room had 2 single beds as requested, my mattress was a little lumpy. The off suite bathroom toilet was clean and functional, the shower was good.
