"Our room had the shower right next to the bed so if you share with a friend you will get pretty intimate pretty fast A big problem for us was the noise, very thin walls, you could hear everyone around you every time they turned the water on or took a shower. Also, there is a club or a restaurant nearby that has loud music late into the night, I think it stops after 2 or 3 am. "Wonderful hotel - exceeded expectations on all fronts - crisp, clean, spacious modern room with ample storage, a fridge ( v important for me) warm lighting, beautiful bathroom, lovely soaps, shampoos etc great coffee - but above all, the staff were quite exceptional - helpful far beyond the call of duty - highly recommended"

"The location and hotel itself is OK ( ... yep a bit pricey ...), food was OK, staf we fine. But the electric car charging was complete joke. Provided by some local company, help only in german language and QR codes for one-time charging did not work. Just wondering if they really work (for austrian citizens) or if they are just a scam for tourists. They can do better in 2024."

"Ein super Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, viele Ausflugsziele in der Umgebung. Nette Leute in Arzberg! Die Unterkunft könnte etwas an der Sauberkeit tun, Ofen gesperrt, Heizung nicht gefunden. Müllbeutel waren Mangelware. Abendliche Gemütlichkeit eher nicht -Wärme fehlte und die Holzbank war sehr unbequem.Vielleicht mal Matraze im Elternzimmer tauschen und mal wieder Streichen. Ansonsten sehr nett. "
