The walls in the bathroom have a yellow coating from smoke. We booked 2 nights but due to my child's asthma we could not stay and owner would not refund."

There is parking on the street in front of the hotel. The hotel is a row house with rooms on multiple floors. "This rental was walking distance to The Schnoor region and also a longer walk to the downtown marketplace and Town Hall Center. There is no Uber in Bremen and Taxis were available leaving central areas but not easily available for leaving rental to get to desired parts. Although the tram was right out the front door, with being unfamiliar with bus use and the ongoing rain, we did not want to challange ourselves! It might be beneficial to update your towels.
