"First time using a rental service and Karen and Todd made it super easy. They were communicative before, during, and even after our stay. The house easily accommodated the 8 people in my party. "

"Very cute clean cabin. Great outdoor space with a hot tub! My boyfriend and I spent a week there and loved it. Secluded enough yet close enough to a store, dollar general which is a mini market with food!"

"Wonderful stay in a beautiful home and the hosts have thought of everything to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. My family and I enjoyed game night, the hot tub and the spacious backyard. The beds were so comfortable and the layout is perfect. Loved it and the location is great if you are headed to Harper’s Ferry!"

"This is our second time staying at The Outlook this year. As before we were greeted by deer on the property. They didn't seem bothered by us at all. The cabin was sparkling clean and linens and towels were made up and ready. The view across the valley was wonderful with the trees changing into their fall colors. "We needed a good middle location between NC and NY for our girls weekend. This home had 3 bedrooms and 2 1/12 baths, worked perfect for the 3 of us. Very clean! Check in was a bit challenging, they send you the info on the lock box but don't mention it's on the back side of a front porch post, in the dark with cellphone for lighting...but VRBO connected us with host quickly who let us know where it was, then it was easy peasey. "We live in Baltimore City and were looking for a quiet place to get away for a few days, and we were very happy we were able to bring our dog. The basement apartment was spacious and newly renovated with a beautiful, well stocked kitchen. The hosts, Paul and Meg, live upstaris with their 2 dogs and were very friendly and accomodating. They always responded right away to any questions we had. The property is beautiful and quiet. We enjoyed sitting out in the front yard watching the horses...

"I would like to start off with saying overall we enjoyed the stay once we got inside. It is an older house, reasonably kept and conveniently located. Had everything we needed with comfortable beds. Main negative of house was that it could use window treatments on a couple more windows for privacy. Main issue: Access or lack of explanation. The house has an electronic lock on the front door. We have used these several times with no problem. All of the others had a seperate button for each number....

"Tony was an amazing host. The property was home-y and very spacious. Perfect place to accommodate 2 couples and 2 children (or adults who are children at heart). "We stayed for three nights over a long weekend, arriving on Friday night and leaving Monday morning. 8 adults and six kids between 5 and 12. Check-in was easy. Location right next to the brewery was great. House is very big and well laid out. It does indeed have great views. A couple of things held this back from being 5 stars.
