"Very convenient, clean , comfortable every utensil you could ask for .. communication was easy and reliable.. blinds in the long window to block out neighbours and rubber runners on the steps up to the roof terrace would be my only suggestion but really great value for money and I would recommend to friends with older children but not small children because of the stairs .. but really can’t fault it wonderful stay overall"

"Firstly the property was absolutely perfect we hired the main house and cottage. The property was everything we hoped for, very clean comfortable and location was just an easy 5-10 mins walk to beach and bars. Lucy the owner was brilliant on communication and responded very quickly. I also want to say what an absolute star Mike the property manager is, we had an issue with one ac unit he got an engineer out asap and replaced it with a new one. "A very inviting home, beautifully designed with high ceilings and an open layout. The pool area was well laid out. The chaise lounges were especially comfortable for morning coffee and evening cocktails. The hosts and property manager, Harriet were always available as needed and Becky was kind enough to extend our stay for a couple hours on day of checkout. "

"A delighful open plan villa which was a few minutes walk to wonderful Paynes beach, not far from the Sandy Lane resorts, and a short drive to food supplies and a major supermarket. The host was very accommodating to any requests, and helpful wherever possible.The property itself was clean, well laid out and had all the amenities you'd expect. As a family of 2 adults, a teenager and 4 year old this was an ideal place to stay. I'd happily recommend."

"After we put away all the knick knacks, made room in our closets and wardrobes and rearranged the kitchen, we were good to go. The gardener and pool guy came at the same time so we had a pool full of grass for a few days. We loved the place so gave it some love."
