"We had a lovely time at the villa and were very well looked after by our host. The villa is well kitted out with all necessary items and even on a rainy day you would be very comfortable! We didn't have a car for the first few days of our 3 week stay and would recommend one if you are unable to manage the few steep roads in the neighbourhood. "Such a clean, comfortable and well equipped villa. Easy walking distance to the beach, supermarket and some lovely beach bars and restaurants. We did hire a car but wouldn’t bother again as hardly used it. Drive to Split can be horrendous, parking difficult too so better by taxi or bus. Fantastic host, so very kind to let us stay for our last day as no one was booked in. So grateful. Thank you so much. "

"When we booked this was rated as 4-star. Plenty of space, comfortable bed and nice friendly owners, but 4-star it isn't. We were also lead to believe that it was in walking distance of various restaurants but there was nothing - the nearby hotel had a beach bar/restaurant but that closed for the season during our stay (in September?). Views over a building site! The photos on the Villa's website include several that are actually of the mentioned hotel, not Villa Nico and it's own facilities."

"Mislav was very accomadating with a early check in - and change of plans we had to make. Mislav drove us to the grocery store and even helped us shop! The house is perfect for large family or friends. Every bedroom has a bathroom . The balcony and view were amazing. Mosquitos were a problem at night. "This beautiful property is in Trogir and sits at the top of the overlooking the town. The house and pool were wonderful! Everything is modern and up to date with an easy walk to the town. The roads are narrow for driving but we had a large van and there is private parking. I highly recommend this property, we were a family of 7 adults with lots of room"

"The property was new and beautiful and was very comfortable for our family of six. We enjoyed the gorgeous view of Split from the pool and Master bedroom. The home is conveniently located close to Split and provided a nice base for our tours of Plitvice Lakes and Krka and our boat trip to Hvar. We would happily stay there again on a future visit."

"We are two families who stayed 5 nights at this incredible property surrounded by olive trees with a beautiful view of the Adriatic. The owners gave us a wonderful welcome with delicious appetizers, their award winning olive oil (we bought three bottles to take home) and home made grappa liquor. "The villa is beautiful, with the most spectacular views, it's very large and decorated to the highest standard. All our family enjoyed their stay, it was like staying in a 5 star hotel with the bathroom facilities laid out for guests. "The Villa was perfect for two people very clean the hosts were very easy to deal with. There was a lot of restaurants, shopping and tour companies to choose from all within walking distance. Our host went above and beyond to arrange a town car to take us to the airport On a side note do not use taxis in Split they are extremely expensive and not very honest. "

"Our stay was amazing! Clear and proactive instructions on how to get into the apartment, although it took a little finding with Google maps but that is down to the wonderful maze that is the old town of Dubrovnik 😍 the apartments were fabulous - clean, modern but in a and in a Central location "

"we loved this place. we stayed here for a few days at the end of our europe trip, and it was incredibly relaxing and enjoyable. pool/ocean/building view did not disappoint - it’s exactly as pictured. food was delicious in the restaurant, and the rooms were so luxurious! we were so comfortable and happy. a walk to the little town which can be hot in the heat of summer but is a great location, and a little bit further out for lovely peace and quiet. beach is just across the road with stunning coastline views - there was an inflatable playground nearby which was lots of fun for me and my sister (we’re grown ups haha). would love to come back and stay for longer. loved it"
