"This loft was great! When I read it was a loft, I envisioned something tiny. It’s actually super roomy! It was a whole apartment. It has a king side bed and it was very comfortable. We were not able to get the wif/tv working but it didn’t impact our stay. The host responded quickly to our messages. The neighborhood is very quiet and there is no foot or car traffic in the area. "Amazed by the entire stay. From the check in to the managment and accommodations. The loft was clean, quiet and well equipped. Perfect space for a couple retreat, small family, or even a photoshoot! I stayed the night and had a small dinner party. If there was any issue or question no one hessitated to help out."

"First and foremost, the unit is super cute, and welcoming. I loved the whole vibe. The industrial interior, the wood floors, the open concept. Loved it!! Now, the location does look a little off-putting. The doors to the building, and the stairs come off a little sketchy. But it's definitely got the industrial feel, and we loved it. "My wife and I stayed in unit #1 and it was perfect for a long weekend. Close to Northville (which is my wife's hometown) and close to Ann Arbor where we attended the Michigan Football Game on Saturday. Great place to stay. Only issue is the TV takes about 20 min. to warm up before coming on permanently. Besides that we had a great time. One request to the owners - A purchase of an ottoman for propping up your feet while watching TV would be fantastic. Love the place and will stay there...

"We have visited Ypsi several times since our daughter began attending EMU. We typically stay in a hotel near the interstate, but never again. The loft was clean and comfortable with plenty of space for our daughter to hang around with us but the location can’t be beat. Steps to multiple tasty restaurants and bars, and an easy walk to downtown, parks, and Arbor Brewing. Campus and her apartment are just a bit further, but walkable if need be. We’ll be back!"

"We were in town for a friend’s wedding. The host was responsive with check in details and that was very easy. Plenty of parking and a cool space. That’s where the good ends unfortunately. The place was unclean to the point that my husband and I changed our clothes for the wedding then packed up all of our stuff and left. We’ve never had to leave a rental before this experience. Kitchen: water and stain/grime on the counter and a dirty hardened washcloth in the sink. Floors: visible large pieces...

"We had a lovely stay. Easy convenient parking, and cool industrial/boho aesthetic in the space. I was here to run in the local marathon and the location was perfect. You can’t beat the view of the Ambassador Bridge and the train station. I loved that it was walking distance to two of my favorite restaurants and everything else I needed to get to was an easy Uber ride away. The host was super quick with replies and was friendly and helpful!"
