"We have just returned from a wonderful weekend stay at Delux Modern House. The house is very well equipped, very clean and in a perfect location. So near the beach with its SOBO bar so close to enjoy. John our host went above and beyond to help make our stay very enjoyable. I have no doubts about recommending this lovely property to anyone wishing to have a chilled holiday by the beach."

"We stayed in this lovely barn to have a very belated Christmas with friends who live nearby. The barn is very comfortable, warm and cozy.However the kitchen does not do the rest of the property justice. It is dated with a worn cooker and a tiny built-in fridge that is in poor condition. One tea bag and no sugar, not promised but after a long drive it was lucky we had our own. Biscuits and croissants were left though and were lovely.The grounds are run down and we saw no play equipment - however...

"Great for large groups, 6 adults 5 children, loads of room, lounge, kitchen, dinner all open plan, so easy to get together and socialise. Lots of space for children to explore and get away from adult's. All ensuite bedrooms. And a fantastic view of the bay. Couldn't ask for more. Would definitely recommend for family get togethers."

"We had a lovely time on our stay in this cosy and beautifully clean property all was as described, and the milk, tea and cookies were a lovely touch. The booking in process was really easy and Paul was a good host. The garden is nicely kept and a paradise if you like birdwatching and the beautiful local surrounding area makes this a wonderful place to stay. We would definately recommend"
