"When we first arrived at this cottage, we couldn't believe our eyes. It is a large house but with a cosy cottage feel and is so clean. Upon arrival we found that milk and a bottle of wine had been left in the fridge for us which was a lovely surprise. The house was extremely warm and this was without using the log burner. Everything had been decorated to a high standard and it was a pleasure staying here. Burley itself is a quaint little village with a couple of pubs, tea rooms and a few shops....

"The cottage is lovely. I was a little surprised/disappointed by the close proximity of other houses as the pictures make it look quite rural. A good sized cottage with a beautiful garden leading out onto a recreation ground which was ideal for the children and walking the dogs. "Good communication in advance of arrival, though more clarity on parking may have helped. Unit next to ours had a very loud barking dog which woke us up on a Sunday at 7am unfortunately… and triggered our dog to bark. The walls are quite thin for noise to travel in/out. Aside from that, it was a really great studio with all one would need! It is on a working farm but whilst that means potential activity outside the door, it also means great green-space and farm animals to enjoy as well!!"
