We did not need to contact the owner anytime during our stay, as we were completely informed of every detail before we arrived from California. Everything was perfect. We had a 1.5 year old walker with us. Baby gates, bed, high chair and booster were all available. The kitchen and baths were stocked with everything you would need or want. We will be back. "Strengths: Great communicator, easy check-in, very spacious, get location, clean, comfortable beds, and all the major utilities work, ample parking, safe, good wifi and TV, quiet even though it is near a highway--really luxurious property Areas to improve: a lot of little repairs are needed--screens, ceiling fans, air conditioner, lights in some rooms. If you have a big family (there were 7 of adults), it is very good."
