"This is a quiet and well kept property. Plenty of room to find a quiet space to relax by the river. A private dock to launch a kayak, swim or tube. The view was great . All amenities for outdoor activities were setup like Volleyball and badminton. Also a nice fire pit with plenty of outdoor seating. Get your own wood . Tiki torches were set up but you have to bring your own fuel also. We brought our own kayak. The kitchen was equipped with all pans and utensils to cook and a great big grill...

"Lovely place, very cleaned everything you need except shampoo but I brought some. Beds and couches were comfy. Walk to the pond was a bit farther than expected but a nice walk and the view was perfect . Close to town and grocery store we enjoyed our stay. "

Justin provided a sled to us to help trek our stuff up and it was really helpful! The only issue we had during the trip was with parking. "We had a great vacation on Jaybird Pond, swimming, kayaking, hiking and making family memories. Renters should know that the property does not have running water or electricity. The property managers help you figure out how to boil the pond water and use the propane lamps. If you’re willing to rough it, you can’t beat the experience of having your own pond. "

"This cabin was the perfect trip for a cozy weekend in the mountains. The location was very quiet and peaceful, and the cabin was clean and comfortable. It was great to be able to bring our dogs with us as well!If you go in the winter, just be sure to bring a shovel - the driveway was plowed, but the path from the driveway to the front door was snowed in. There were shovels on the property, but were either frozen into the snow or on the other side of the snow bank. The area does get a lot of snow...

"Great stay at the in town cabin. Plenty of space for our family of 4 plus our dog. Great location. Only thing we didn’t love about it was dealing with North Conway traffic anytime we left to go hike up further north. But heading out early solved that. Overall great stay in a great area!"
