"For the price I paid I'd have to admit it was worth the stay there. Didn't have any problems with management or residents staying there. Felt quite & semi-safe. A far cry from the previous owners and/or management. This hotel was notorious for homeless ppl & prostitution hangouts, drug dealing/buying/using of such, & just unnecessary drama {constantly} to the point law enforcement would assign someone to just sit & hangout in the hotel parking lot, especially at night on weekends. "The New owner is a really amazing person, he goes above and beyond for all his guests. He completely transformed this run down property into some place you can actually look forward to staying at whenever visiting or just needing to get away. This property use to be as bad as they come in Lafayette but due to his competence and his great staff he completely transformed this place into an amazing hotel.
