"We loved this home. I would live here if I could! It's easy to get to, granted we were there in October with no snow. It was clean at arrival, Nate was very informative and checked on us while on our stay, but we didn't need anything because it was great! Beds were comfy, view is amazing, its quiet, you're close enough to town for things, but when you're at the house you seem so far away, which I loved. We ate in and toured Golden and Lookout Moutain, I highly suggest those things! Anyways, if...

"The house was so cozy and homey, we loved all of the personal art done by the host. The view from the back porch was beautiful and we loved the secluded location. The host was great about advising us of weather and quick to respond to any questions we had. We really appreciated that snow shoveling was done for walkways and driveways. The house was clean and 420 friendly which was surprisingly hard to find in a legal state. Excellent stay, highly recommend!"

"This was an awesome cabin and a great location for Nederland, Golden Gate Canyon State Park and Idaho Springs. Everyone enjoyed having their own space and bedrooms. Kitchen was fully stocked with appliances and dishes. We enjoyed the daily visit of the Moose and her calf and it was an enjoyable walk to the lake. We were even able to see the comet from the rock pile in the back yard. We would definitely stay here again if are in the area. "

"Beautiful lookout over the lake for your morning coffee! This place worked well for two couples. Ned was a fun little town to explore on foot, just a scenic drive away from Boulder and Estes Park. Lots of amenities we didn’t have time to use in this clean A-frame Colorado home away from home."

Property owners are quick to respond to inquiries. Location is conveniently between Black Hawk and Nederland. The neighborhood is eclectic with lots of dogs on different properties, but for the most part quiet."
