"We had a nice stay at this hotel. Clean, quiet. I was not sure of the setup but found out when we arrived that our four rooms shared one bathroom which had double sinks, double showers and double toilets. We shared the rest of the home with maybe four other rooms but was a bit unsure of which areas we could use. So we were a little uncomfortable and stayed in our areas. "The mermaid themed room was well thought out & really made our stay feel unique. There was 1 manatee right off the dock when we arrived Thursday & three more on Saturday morning! What an experience! Plenty of great local restaurants were recommended by the property & we took the time to visit 2 of them. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Neptune's Grotto to anyone looking for a quiet & simple Florida getaway. We definitely are considering returning in the future! Thank yoi for hscing us!"

"Husband and I stayed for 5 nights. Met my sister and her husband in area. We had an amazing time kayaking, SUP’ing, rented pontoon, bikes, cooked in the house, ate at Upper Deck and Brian’s Place. House was so comfortable and lovely to hang out in! We will definitely be back. And owner, Tina, could not have been more lovely and responsive"

"My son and I were in town for a week for a disc golf tournament and this house was perfect for us! It is off the main roads in a quiet neighborhood, no light noise so you can truly relax! We mainly slept or sat around for a couple of hours when at the house. Beds were comfortable, well equipped kitchen for our needs, washer and dryer were handy, and the rooms were nice and dark at bed time! Will definitely book again if we get back out there."
