"This is a wonderful place to stay. It is very clean. The beds are comfortable. There is great water pressure and plenty of hot water. The house is remarkably spacious and is decorated very tastefully. The owner was quick to respond to any questions we had. There is easy access to shopping and transportation nearby. "Stayed at Little Trees because we were visiting elderly parents who live nearby. Nice peaceful location. The place was spotless. Everything was provided - towels, shampoo, shower gel, bread, butter, milk etc. couldn’t have asked for more. Would definitely stay again. Bed a little low and soft for me but actually slept really well. "

"The location of the property was as expected with the furniture clean. The description did not mention parking or assistance with this so it was annoying to find out that you can park outside on the single yellow during certain times - neighbours park there though knowing it is a rental. Our biggest disappointment was the kitchen which was not fully equipped. No microwave, toaster, tea towels, oven dishes, frying pan, chopping board, standard utensils etc. We planned on having Christmas lunch...

"We are in our early 60’s and stayed for 4 nights at the end of May 2024. Great central location, out of the door and into the massive park, brilliant for dogs. This is a very old building, quaint inside, nicely updated to fit in well with the property’s age. Bedroom is big and comfy, loved the green leather seat looking out of the window. The bath / shower are a bit of an adventure, looks great but we could not live with it if we were living there all the time. Word of warning, 100% not suitable...

"we were re-imbursed the cleaning money. The property was disgusting. Hair in beds, foot particles on range, on kitchen floor and dinning area. The condition of the property was more in tune with a hostel rather than a house for a family. The list of things that need to be fixed is to long. From patio doors that didn't close to stair banister hanging off the wall. There was only 1/4 toilet roll in the house for two toilets. We had to wash the sheets before we could sleep in the beds."

"Excellent front desk service. Sona was incredibly kind and helpful, offering great directions and local suggestions for things to do in London. We were also able to check in early, which was a wonderful bonus. Our room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for our week-long stay. The location was perfect—just a short walk to London Bridge station and surrounded by excellent cafes and bars along Bermondsey Street. Would definitely stay here again!!!!!!!"
