"Everything at the babbling brook inn was amazing my only complaint is that the door that leads to the rooms was very hard to open. It was very hard to get the key in and out of the key hole."

"The location was a 8-minute walk to the boardwalk which was nice, the bed, wifi and TV were fine. The pool was indoors, filled with screaming children and honestly looked pretty gross. The lobby appeared to be in state of remodeling and was closed at night, so there was no access to the lobby bathroom. The sign to the motel was covered in cobwebs. The outdoor seating area was in the parking lot or on the street. We were only there for one night and didn't spend much time at the motel so overall...

"We had a great stay at the Charming Hidden Cottage. It was very clean and had all of the amenities that we needed. The communication with the host was great, and the check-in process was seamless. It's really close to Los Gatos, which is such a cute town. Would highly recommend!"

"Beautiful room with modern amenities without impacting the charm. Very comfortable and quiet. Big, rustic coastal Victorian parlor with French doors that let in light and open onto a nice deck. Close to the coast and several great beaches, walks along the tidal marsh. "

"We spent a month at West Cliff Hideaway. The location is fantastic - 2 blocks from the ocean in a lovely neighborhood. We were able to walk to the Pier and Boardwalk from our front door every day. Seeing the waves and surfers never grew old. The host, Robin lives in the main house and was always available for anything we needed. We rarely saw her so we always felt like we had privacy. "Even though the room was small (310 sqft) , it was well optimized with a small kitchen. Building was very new. Internet was spotty with frequent drops in connection. Laundry and gym were good. Payment for parking is a bit of a drag. Location of the property next to Santana row and valley fair is great. Vta stop next to the property is a huge advantage. But no groceries in walking distance."

"We loved the beach cottage near the beach. The owner was responsive to our questions, and we had great weather especially for January. The location was good as it was close to Santa Cruz and about a 40 minute drive to Monterey. We'll stay here again if we're in the area!"

"I can't come up with anything negative about my stay at this hotel. The folks at the front desk were efficient and accommodating. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. It included everything a guest could need / want. Parking was safe/ secure. Location was very convenient to stores, restaurants, etc. The ONLY issue I had wasn't with the actual hotel... it's a tricky turn into the driveway when coming off the freeway. I made several U-turns looking for it... but then I'm confirmed directionally challenged!"
