"Beautiful property that suited our needs well. Very well located close to everything in Richmond and on the North edge of the Nelson area so closer to Abel Tasman. Bathroom has been recently remodeled and was very nice; kitchen is fairly dated (pretty sure the built-in microwave oven was at least 40 years old -- it took forever to heat up items). The listing didn't mention a BBQ but there was indeed a Weber BabyQ grill propane bottle provided for renters. Would definitely rent the property...

The location was ideal, private, but reasonably close to amenities and services. Despite thinking we would spend some time exploring the local area, in the end we spent pretty much the whole time on the property as it had absolutely everything we could want there.
