"The condo itself was clean and well appointed. The property it is in has student housing, so the surrounding needs some maintenance. It was safe, close to UF, restaurants, and stores. Right off I-75 on Archer Rd. Christine the owner is very communicative. I will come back again when I visit my child who just started at UF."

"My husband and I stayed here for 2 weeks while visiting family. Quiet, clean, and the host answered all communications immediately. Host also graciously said I didn't need to do anything for checkout! Due to winter weather, we didn't use the pool like we were hoping to, so I can't review that. But the kitchen, in-unit laundrey, and bath, though a bit dated, were very clean and had basic cooking items in good shape. Altogether a very low-key, clean, fun, easy place to stay."

Kitchen was stocked with all we needed to cook and loved the coffee machine and coffee pods to choose from. Haile Village is an adorable area with good restaurants and walking pathways. We loved being able to just walk to the famed Farmer's Market on Saturday. Morning coffee on the balcony was perfect. And our UF daughter was able to stay a night with us. Felt like home! Unfortunately the week we were there the roof was being replaced and the streets, both front and back were blocked off due to construction which made parking very challenging. Construction (pounding, hammering, banging) began early on the roof each morning, when we were wanting to sleep in! "The decor is beautiful, beds comfy and amenities were just right. It's obvious that the apartment is older but very well updated. Plenty of toilet paper, paper towels and a little cleaning supplies to help clean throughout our stay. Could use more than 4 plates/bowls/forks/spoons... And towels... Was hoping for a broom but not provided. Nice to have the TV in the living room but could have used one in a bedroom when traveling with children. Pool was right across the quiet little street.
