"Customer Service was awesome. A mishap occurred as a bag was left in valet. Upon returning to get the bag, an item was missing. Although, I was upset about it but didn't press the issue. Everything else was okay. "

"Over all it was fabulous. My only complaint was the kids in the pool was left unsupervised by parents and they were very rough with the Younger kids. So we weren't able to enjoy the pool. "

"A little pricey, but the comfort is worth it. We went for a concert at heritage bank arena and its within walking distance.. was pretty wore out afterwards and decided to book another night just to relax and enjoy the alone time, and peace & quiet. All the staff was friendly and helpful."

"The vibe of the hotel, staff, and food options were great for a leisurely family trip. The bar staff were great. Our family loved all the Cincinnati history and culture references. We chose an accessible room with a bathtub to make things easier for our child- and do have one suggestion. Photos for each room suggest that bathrooms would have a vanity with counter space. Our room only had a floating sink, which would be nice for wheelchair use, but the sink really needed a shelf at the back or...

"We had a wonderful time during our stay. My only complaint would be that we stayed 5 nights and the housekeeping staff never once cleaned our room or changed our sheets when they were on our floor every day when we left to go to our events."

"Everything was good the location is great right in front of the baseball stadium with amazing views and everything close by. The hotel breakfast was super good and really convenient, the staff were friendly and professional,the room was spacious and clean so was the bathroom, if I have to said something negative will be the pillows they weren’t that great but nothing bad about this place we love the time we spent there "

"The hotel itself is very nice. All of the staff that I came across were friendly and super helpful. The room was nice, it was pretty clean for the most part. The problem I was worried about is that the door to my room did not close fully on its own. Not a huge issue since I noticed it right away. But if I didn’t notice anybody walking by would’ve been able to go into my room. Overall, it was a great stay and I would definitely stay here again. "

"Katie greeted me by name when I arrived, and got all the basics - door keys, etc. quickly, and explained they are proximity - so just a tap is needed. The building is really well built, with a fitness room and laundry available 24/7. Met interesting 'neighbors' in the same building. The room is one of the best, and nicely decorated. And I got a great night of sleep - so necessary for travelling!"

"We stayed in the Odd Fellows room which was wonderful. It was very clean and had every convenience that I needed. I appreciated the personal touches like the extra, soft blankets and the quirky decor. The whiskey venue downstairs got a little loud on the Saturday night, but the noise machine and ear plugs helped with that. Overall, I highly recommend!"

"My only regret about staying at the Mansion was that we didn't stay longer. The house and grounds are so beautiful and everyone we encountered was friendly--my kids were especially enamored with the friendly pets they met.
