"A beautiful hotel. The room was lovely, everything was very clean, the pool and spa area were great (we even used the outdoor pool as it was heated!) and the staff were all friendly and very helpful. It was about a 15 minute walk into the very centre of Bath through a nice park and less than 5 minutes in a taxi which we got in the evening. Would definitely recommend."

"upon arrival Christina was very pleasant and helpful checking us in, we later returned to reception to book breakfast, this is time we were dealt with by Charmain, who was also pleasant and helpful. The Room was clean and comfortable for the 3 of us, we used the pool twice, which was a nice treat to have this downstairs , this too was clean and appeared to be well maintained. Overall a good experience all round, will book again if we need to stay in the area again"

"This is my third time of visiting Bath and I returned again with my daughter who has never been. Again we both loved our experience. The location a of the hotel is brilliant, the facilities and staff receptive to help and show up was excellent. I will return again. Loved it"
