"Everything. They didn't want to provide new towels daily. No one cleaned my room and I was there for 4 days. Leaky ceilings. Drug addicts walking halls. Smelled of marijuana. And the hot clerk tried to charge my debit card 3 times for $150, $100, $50 and it was because I dirtied a towel."

"The staff is excellently courteous and acomodating. I would start her again. Room the king was clean and spacious. There’s a microwave and coffee and vending machines. I got complementary water bottles which came in handy. Overall the staff was great and hotel was in the middle of everything. "
