"Checkin , parking and the apt were terrific - very large space. walkable to Jericho and central Oxford - or bike-able. Near the canal walk and close to Port Meadow. Possibly one of the better locations in Oxford. The apartment is modern and well equipped but there were just a few negative points more for the owners to repair. I don't normally post negatives but I think this flat/apt is def worth it with a few minor tweaks There were lights that didn't work in the bathrooms just needed...

He responded immediately even though it was late at night when we had a slight mishap with the electricity on our first night. The location is perfect for walking into town. Great place!"

"We were a family group of 12 celebrating Mums 90th birthday. The barns were very comfortable, plenty of room, clean with everything you could want for a relaxing stay. We cooked everyday including a couple of BBQs. The estate is great for walks, visiting the lovely animals and the local cafe and bar was very welcoming. Two of our group were in wheelchairs and all was accessible. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Estate is a short drive 20/30 mins to all the lovely Cotswolds villages."

"Such a beautiful property right on the lake. It was perfect for our family get together and the teens loved being able to take their paddle boards straight off the jetty onto the lake. Lots to do in the surrounding area as well. Great support from orion holidays on site. Replaced the bedding for my sister within half an hour to help her allergy! Amazing team"

"This is a very well equipped apartment above a barn in Cerney Wick. We stayed a couple of nights to attend a wedding and found the apartment to be immaculately clean, with all amenities we would need. It is larger than it looks in the pictures and the bedroom is a fully separate room, with an en suite. "We had a great time at the lodge, it was spacious, well presented and in a nice wuiet location. All amenities were as listed and we didn't find anything wanting. The children found lots to do at the hoburne site and we could relax in the peaceful surroundings. Overall, a wonderful base ro explore the area. "
