"The Railway View carriage was just delightful! It is small but perfectly set up. Not much storage for clothing but we managed. Perhaps a few more hooks to hang things would be useful. I especially appreciated the tea and coffee necessities after our long drive. We didn't want to leave!!"

They allowed me to leave my luggage at the apartment early, which was available for an early check-in. My roommates and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. "The Lilypad is 5 star plus accomodation in an idylic location beside the river Avon. Close to the border of Warwickshire and Worcestershire there is to much to see and do in only a week. Most of the sights/ attractions are within in a 30 to 40 minute drive away. Bidford may be a small village which adds to its charm but has all the ammenities you need within a short walk. Victoria and Richard are the perfect hosts and the welcome package wasmuch appreciated. Thanks"

"This beautiful spacious property was perfect for our stay in Cheltenham. The tastefully decorated lounge is beautiful and just enticed you in to sit and relax on the sumptuous sofa’s and comfy chairs. It was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. The host was really helpful and friendly. It’s close to the town centre but very quiet. We will definitely come back again. "

"Lovely property in a very convenient location to access town centre. Could only mark it down from perfect on a couple of items. 1, whopping great big water stain on lobby ceiling. 2, milk in the fridge had turned to yogurt. Other than that, again, it was perfect. Would stay again."

"This was an excellent choice and it was much better than I expected from the website photographs. The flat is large with lovely light coming into the lounge. Beds were on the firm side, but OK for us. The location is perfect - very close to town, but with a lovely green space in front. The bathroom is a bit dated, but functional - good shower over the bath. Would recommend to anyone wanting a comfortable stay in Cheltenham in an attractive area."
