"This house was everything it promised and more! Our stay was fantastic and the host was so communicative and helpful. With the house being only a couple minutes away from the massanutten ski lodge and all other massanutten resort activities, it made scheduling and travel a breeze. One thing I would mention is that if you plan to be here in the snowy season, make sure your car can handle the steep incline of the surrounding roads and the driveway. Would absolutely book again! Great hikes in Shenandoah National Park, quaint little town with the beautiful Luray Caverns… a beautiful cavern, excursions to local Battlefields, and a very handy Walmart. The kitchen was very well-equipped, making it easy to prepare our holiday meals. "Our stay was very enjoyable, the host was extremely responsive and helpful. The cabin itself is in a gorgeous location, when they say secluded they meant it! WiFi and internet service were very reliable, there were a couple great places to eat in the tiny town nearby (check out The Italian Job, you won’t regret it!) and Walmart was about 20 minutes away for the essentials. "We had a great stay close to home so the drive short but felt like worlds away. View in the mountains in the fall was amazing and the house met all of our needs. It was close to lots of things to do and my granddaughters loved all the toys the house had. We had an issue with the home that couldn't have been expected but the owner responded and fixed it immediately. We would have enjoyed a TV in the livingroom on the main floor but that's not a critisizm just a preference and maybe a few more...
