"The staff were very friendly and helpful at The Millers The quality of the food was good and well presented. The breakfast is freshly cooked and there is a good choice on the menu but only one item can be chosen. There is not an option for cereals, pastries and toast with jam and marmalade. The pub is undergoing a refurbishment but this did not interfere with our stay as it has started on the outside of the building. The location is great, with a car park across the road, and is in easy walking...

"A good place to stay when visiting Dover. Lots of people use it for the port. We used it to visit the castle and Battke of Britain memorial. Parking is a bit tight in the car park so we used the road. Breakfast is good and food options in the evening also good. Room has everything you need and is cosy. "

"The room was very nice, the pub is pretty, and the village is pretty. However the listing was misleading - the restaurant doesn't function midweek, and they don't do breakfast either during the week. I was walking, and didn't want to walk more miles to eat. It's not hard to provide a cold breakfast. So make sure you check whether they're doing food if it matters to you. "

"The flat was lovely and roomy and the location was great. Loved the sea view. Just a couple of problems that stopped us giving full marks. The fridge had been left turned up high and had frozen over. In order to not have our food freeze we had to turn it down. It defrosted and we spent some time cleaning up the water.
