"Great place. Apartments were a great size and a bonus 2nd bathroom. Air conditioned and a laundry too. Pool was a great size and the whole place was tidy. Car parking was underneath the block. Steve the manager was amazing to communicate with. Its about 100m to the beach and 40m to the bus stop. The metro is being extended down and will soon stop right at the bottom of the street. Being out of surfers was a bonus. Kids were able to chill."

The property is will sign posted with directions and rules but the management is not overbearing or enforcing so the respect at the property is very high and well respected.
