"We had a beautiful 2 bedroom apartment on floor 15, the property is lovely and quiet and in a good location for walking over to pacific fair or to the beach. The pool area was great for the kids and the property is lovely and clean and well maintained. The basement parking is tight, but it could be beneficial if they were to move the fob location as it is very hard to get to that far down the driveway. The moment we checked in, we were given a room on the 7th floor, it was a 2 bed 2 bath apartment which looked lovely, however the strong smell of damp/water damage? Smelt like urine and it was overwhelming, I have never had to complain to reception about a room before, the staff were prompt in allowing us to move to another room which smelt fresh and clean and we had an amazing 5 night stay without any issues. We would definitely stay here again, everything we needed in a lovely location and beautiful ocean view "

"This is our 4th or 5th stay at The Phoenician and won’t be our last. We were in room 2714 which is a 2 bedroom apartment on the 7th floor. This was our second time in this apartment and hopefully we can stay in this apartment again. It’s clean, quiet (a little bit of road noise and noise from the bars and cafes downstairs but not enough to keep us awake) and it’s in a great location. The staff at Broadbeach Holiday Apartments are very friendly and welcoming. We look forward to staying again. "

"Great hotel, 5 min walk from main broadbeach area, right next to the beach too! Lovely staff at reception and the room we had was great! Well kitted out and nice views! Enjoyed the pool and the hot tub too! Parking underground was so useful in such a busy area! "
