Gabby security and Sara in the deli .. all so friendly and very helpful .. breakfast staff also very lovely.. great vibes with music playing every time you leave your room .. would highly recommend..thank you guys x "

"Had a lovely stay at Hotel Diplomat. Staff were excellent. My check-in went smoothly and they were attentive and thoughtful throughout my stay. Had one bad encounter with the host in the restaurant, but other than that everyone was very kind. The room was amazing, the view from my balcony was awesome, the location of the hotel cannot be beat. For the price it was exactly what I was expecting, I could not point out any faults. Really loved my stay. "

"Fantastic location - walkable from Arlanda Express train. Rooms are on the smaller side and shower feels like a cruise ship but otherwise very good. Excellent breakfast and wonderful front desk personnel. "
