"Better than any other mainstream hotel I have been at in america or the EU. The rooms are clean and look to be recently refreshed. A few quirks to the design of the hotel bathrooms, but par for the course in europe. One odd thing is my room had a queen and a sofa with a built in bed.. Which had been pulled out and made up. Not a big deal but not neccessary. Staff were amazing and easy going. Bar staff was also very attentive. My go to if I am in Southampton for sure"

"Very convenient hotel and great price, stayed here twice, quick and easy check in, breakfast which is incudes is brilliant and its very close to the town centre/train station/West Quay. More ideal for people who needed a night stay before a cruise ship tour. Will definitely stay here again if i needed to stay here again."

"Perfect hotel if you are visiting Peppa Pig World! The attention to detail and everything for kids is brilliant; everything from the playroom, the voucher for a milk and cookie and plastic cutlery and plates for breakfast. Can’t fault this hotel at all, we loved our stay and will definitely be back."
