"The house was exactly as described. It was very close to all the towns amenities and the beach, but was also in a quiet location, so the best of both worlds. We had good weather which also made our visit memorable to the Cley and Salthouse saltmarsh wildlife reserve. Sheringham station of the North Norfolk Railway was in easy walking distance and the steam train journey to Holt was also very enjoyable."

"Had a fantastic week in Easter holidays. We were 2 families of 4, and there was plenty of room. Bedrooms were good size and beds were really comfy. Kitchen very well equipped - and also looked well set up for families with younger children too. Family space was great, nice big garden. Lovely tranquil setting - we enjoyed spotting the pheasants and deer in the garden. Great location - close to some gorgeous beaches and local attractions. "Stayed for a weekwith my partner, mum and 2 small dogs. The house and location were perfect. Tastefully decorated and everything you could need for a weeks stay. Welcome pack very much appreciated, especially the prosecco and cake! Nice garden for sitting out and letting the dogs run round. Sofa was a little low down and not the easiest to get up off but that could just be an age thing! Would definitely stay again."

"Really pleasant beach themed cottage in Mundesley with lovely view of the sea. 3 double bedrooms (two with sea views) and a lovely garden with off street parking. Comfortable and cosy with enough room for us to read in seperate downstairs rooms and come back together in the living room when we wanted to watch a movie. Floorboards upstairs are a bit loose, so if you have people who may go to the toilet in the night and you are a light sleeper, then pack some earplugs! Lovely booking for our first...

"Lovely property in an excellent location. It was a short walk into Norwich city centre. There is also a lovely cafe just up the road. The property had everything we need for our stay with our two dogs. Nice size rooms. The kitchen had more utensils than I was expecting. The owner was quick to reply to any queries."

"Everything we wanted and needed. 8 ladies celebrating a 60th Birthday. The barn is spacious, comfortable and homely. Perfect for a get together. The host was lovely and was willing to help and share her knowledge. There are clear instructions on how thiings work and dos and donts, which were useful. Absolutely no complaints at all. "This property was ideal for 18 family members and 2 small dogs. The weather wasn’t brilliant but the games room, books etc in the accommodation was ideal along with a few items we supplied. I think better photos are required as the current ones do not reflect the property, it is much better than presented. Due to the school holidays and bank holiday, parking was a nightmare for the additional vehicles. Some elements are getting tired but I think this is reflected in the rate. More than adequate...
