"The property has great views. The porch was great however just know neighbors on both sides are just feet away and hear and see everything so no privacy while on the porch . We were very surprised how dirty it was considering we paid over 500$ per night. At that price we did expect the quality to fit the price. I took pictures and showed them to the owner. The mattress cover had stains and hair on it. Their was hair and dust on the baseboards through both bathrooms and the area around the trash...

"This property and Mexico Beach combined for our best beach trip ever. This beautiful condo was excellent and had everything we needed including easy access and parking. Fantastic view of the gulf and right on the beach. Best of all, it was so quiet and peaceful! The owner was great and ensured we had a wonderful stay!"

"This is a great property to walk downtown and shop around. With some close great restaurants to visit for dinner and lunch. We love this town and how small it is and less crowded. Would have liked the pool to be heated since it was too cold to get in during this time of year. The kitchen is nice but did not have everything needed to cook meals it is more for reheating food or just having donuts or coffee. The front office staff was great and answered all my questions. I would definitely staff...

"Everything about the property was reflected accurately in the listing. The floor plan was a functional use of space. Unit was extremely clean. It was just steps from the beach. The balcony was large but faced perpendicular to the beach (as pictured), with limited glimpses of the beach."
