"Our trip was great. We stayed there in June. We traveled with my disabled brother-in-law who is a quadriplegic with our dog for a family reunion in the area. The ramp to the front porch was very handy and worked out great with him. The cottage was very clean and very nicely furnished. Very quiet community. Very close to the river with a boat ramp just four lots down. Kitchen was adequately supplied for our needs. The Host was very easy to work with and was quickly available if we needed...

"From a family trip to an all guys trip this place is exceptional. Clean, neat, tidy. Fully equipped kitchen. Handy boat access. Had a 21’ ranger and 17.5’ tracker docked at dock with no issues. We will be staying here again in the future. "

"Manatee Cove is an outstanding place, so peaceful and serene! We had everything we could've possibly needed and more for a relaxing vacation. We enjoyed fishing off the docks on the property and at the marina close-by. The beach was quiet and relaxing, then we would enjoy roasting marshmallows in the fire pit out back. Many of our meals were prepared in the well-stocked, large kitchen. And the best part...the beds were so comfy! I can't say enough positive things about this home and host!...
