"Just a clean well maintained property!"

"The house very comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. The unit was very clean and just like the photos. Check in was very simple and quick. The surrounding area was very quiet and close to shopping and restaurants. The only improvement i would suggest is the shower. There is an over 1 foot step up into the shower. Not bad on the way in but difficult on the way out. The handle on the wall helps. One step would solve the issue. Overall we loved it. "

"The place inside was very clean, kitchen is updated and well equipped with what you need. Had issues obtaining access to the house. Day of arrival we couldn’t get in with the passcode. Contacted manager multiple times because the code wouldn’t work properly. That should have been taken care of beforehand. Had to be cautious of the basement stairs because there is no door and it is directly opposite of the entry door. As we were carrying our bags into the house our small dog actually fell...

"The property owner cancelled my reservation 5 hours before check-in stating “an accident had occurred at the property due to a natural disaster and required months of renovation”. The property owner never replied to my multiple messages asking more details about the incident such as what exactly happened and when, and why the cancellation was so last minute. I even drove past the property on my way to the hotel I had to rent last minute for nearly 5 times the cost, and nothing seemed wrong with...
